- A travel visa in your passport if you expect to study in Canada for less than 6 months
- An ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) if your passport is from a designated country

Enrollment in the University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP) is mandatory for all international students or students residing in Ontario without other provincial health insurance coverage. For more information about this coverage visit the UHIP page. The estimated UHIP fee is $63 per calendar month a program is running i.e. a full term of EAP is estimated to be $252.
Student Activity Fees are mandatory for all Queen's University students. These fees cover clubs, services, and more. Estimated Student Activity Fees for full-term programs are $350 and for partial-term programs are $175.
