
The Golden Source International Award was established by Larry Guoin in the spirit of fostering a strong academic community in which the learning and scholarship of every member may flourish with vigilant protection for the rights and freedom of speech, academic freedom, and freedom of research.

To be eligible for the Golden Source International Award,
- you must be at least 18 years of age
- have applied for the EAP program, and paid your EAP tuition in full, or be a returning student
