Online Language Support provides weekly online tutorials for university students currently enrolled in an English-language degree or diploma program. Here, you will improve your academic English language skills and apply them in your coursework.
Language Support tutorials group students with others in their area of study. Students meet weekly with qualified and experienced instructors to work on the following:

enhance understanding of the course and assignment expectations

review feedback received from course-related assignments

polish academic writing skills

learn about resources to support academic success
Admissions Requirements
Students must be enrolled in an English-language university degree or college diploma program.
Language Support I: 1.5-hours weekly online tutorials
Fee: $1000
Language Support II: 3-hours weekly online tutorials
Fee: $2000

Winter 2024: January 12, 2024 - April 29, 2024 (online)
Summer 2024: May 10, 2024, – July 26, 2024 (online)
Fall 2024: September 13, 2024 - November 29, 2024 (online)
Winter 2025: January 17, 2024 - April 7, 2024 (online)

- Fully Online: Our program is entirely online, learn at your own pace and schedule.
- Visa Information: As this is an online educational program, enrollment does not qualify for an in-person student visa.
- In-Person Option: For students currently enrolled in on-campus programs at Queen’s University, we offer in-person language support sessions to complement your studies.
